Payment Methods
- We accept Paypal, credit card via Paypal online, USPS money orders and checks. Please be aware that e-checks via Paypal take 3-4 business days to clear. All orders ship once payment has cleared Bum Wrap's account.
- Checks may take 10 days to clear. Items will not be sent until payment has cleared Bum Wrap's bank account. A $35 charge will apply to checks returned due to insufficient funds.
- All payments MUST be in US funds.
- Payment is due within twenty four (24) hours of order placement unless PRIOR arrangements have been made. Unpaid orders will be cancelled and restocked.
- Continuous ordering with non-payment may result in an automatic refusal on future orders.
Shipping Policy
- Bum Wrap ships via USPS. Bum Wrap charges actual shipping with no handling charges ever!
- We ship Tuesdays and Thursdays. We do not ship on US holidays when the post office will be closed.
- Insurance is available for purchase. There will be NO refunds on lost or damaged uninsured packages.
- Delivery confirmation is included free of charge on all domestic orders.
- All international orders are shipped your choice of Express Mail International, Global Express Mail Guaranteed or Priority Mail International. We no longer offer First Class Mail International because it has become unreliable for our customers and we want you to get your orders. Insurance costs and tracking are automatically added to all international orders during checkout.
- International orders are responsible for any surcharges, taxes, or postal fees your country may charge. An order may not be cancelled after it has shipped due to customs/duty charges. Please do not ask us to mark orders as "gifts"; It is illegal and the cost to Bum Wrap too substantial.
- Please allow a period of thirty (30) days after the estimated day of delivery of your package by the USPS. Sometimes delivery just runs slow, especially with respect to Parcel Post.
- Please be advised that Bum Wrap uses recycled packaging whenever feasible.
Wholesale Policy
- Bum Wrap is currently not wholesaling it's dyed items. At this time there are no plans to dye.
Privacy Policy
- Bum Wrap does not share customer contact or billing information for any reason.
Refund Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND SOLD AS IS; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
